Fabio Carucci
Physics engine, API surface, product and operations
Goable is a founder-led project, built and run by a two-person team in Italy: Fabio Carucci on the engine, API and platform, and Marta Incarnato leading the Sustainability Index. There are no open roles today. But if you can see a specific way to raise the ceiling, there is room for the right introduction.
The engine spans atmospheric, marine, cryospheric and alpine physics, a probabilistic scoring layer, a self-calibration pipeline and a typed API. It is built and maintained by a two-person team, so the surface area per commit is large and every change ships behind tests, lint and a green build.
There is no standing job board. Any future hire would be a specific gap that can't be closed solo: applied geophysics, ML calibration, or developer-facing platform engineering. Speculative, thoughtful introductions are welcome any time.
None right now. This page is honest rather than optimistic: when a role opens it will be written from scratch and listed here.
Early stage means the wall between the product and the people building it is thin. It is honest to say exactly who is here.

The Goable Sustainability Index: methodology, signals and governance
Goable is not actively hiring. But if you look at what is being built and see a specific way you could raise the ceiling (a physics module, a calibration angle, a research thread not yet found), describe the shape of the role you'd want to own and point at something you've built. A lot of the best introductions start on a "no open positions" page.
