How we work
Depth over headcount
The engine spans atmospheric, marine, cryospheric and alpine physics, a probabilistic scoring layer, a self-calibration pipeline and a multi-tenant API. We keep the team small and the surface area per person large — every commit ships behind tests, lint and a green build.
We don't have a standing list of open roles. When we hire, it's for a specific gap we can't close ourselves: applied geophysics, ML calibration, or developer-facing platform engineering. Speculative, thoughtful introductions are welcome any time.
