Three honest ways to work with Goable

Goable is a founder-led, pre-revenue project, pre-launch. There is one public API and the same terms for everyone. These are the three real ways to collaborate today: build on the public API, co-develop as a design partner, or work with us on research and data.

Where Goable is today

Goable is a brand of Fabio Carucci, an Italian sole proprietor based in Magliano Alfieri (CN), Italy (P.IVA IT04133450041). It is founder-led, pre-revenue and pre-launch. There is one public production API, the same scoring logic and the same terms for everyone, no preferential access, and no dedicated data protection officer. For legal and data-protection matters, write to contact@fabio-carucci.com; for partnerships, partners@goable.io.

Build on the public API today

The most concrete thing a partner can do today is integrate Goable's public scoring API into a booking or workflow product. You keep your product and your data; Goable provides weather-to-suitability decision support and score provenance for the moments where weather changes a decision.

1

Get a public key

A standard public API key on the same plan and limits offered to any comparable customer.

2

Call /v1/score

Send a spot, an activity and a time. Get back a verdict, a confidence and the hard gates, audit-logged.

3

Show it in your UI

Put the verdict, confidence and data freshness next to the booking or slot the operator is deciding on.

4

Return outcomes (optional)

POST a structured outcome at session close so weather and safety results can inform calibration over time.

POST /v1/score

A single verdict for one spot, activity and time, with confidence, hard gates and data freshness.

POST /v1/score/series

An hourly series across a planning window, for a week view or a slot planner.

POST /v1/score/:id/outcome

A structured session outcome (a reason category, not free text) recorded back after the fact.

Worked example

Sealect is a founder-built booking and operations platform for water-sports schools, and Goable's planned reference integration (planned, not yet live). It is the concrete example of these endpoints wired into a real operator workflow. Because it is founder-linked, it is stated plainly as such and is not an independent, arm's-length customer validation.

02
Design partner

Co-develop on the same production API

If you run a booking platform and want to co-develop, we work together on the same public production API. Collaboration is welcome; a preferential deal is not what this is. A design partner is held to production parity and treated as a comparable customer, so nothing you see is special-cased away from what everyone else gets.

Same public production API

You call the same public /v1 endpoints, with the same scoring logic and the same production gates, as any external customer. There is no internal API and no preferential cell.

No preferential terms

Same plan limits and the same service commitments offered to comparable booking-platform customers. We can collaborate on test environments, implementation feedback and issue reproduction; that is support, not a service privilege.

Comparable economics

Production use runs on the public plan and usage model applicable to comparable customers. Any pilot work is separately scoped and does not change production scoring or availability.

A fast feedback loop

Because a single founder builds the engine, rough edges surface in days: latency, an awkward field, a confusing verdict. The engine evolves to your feedback, without special-casing your account.

03
Research

Research and data collaboration

The third track is research. It spans three kinds of collaborator, each with a boundary stated plainly, because the honest scope of the work is different in each case.

Academic

Open dataset, and studies by agreement

Goable pairs multi-source forecasts with operator-reported outcomes at activity-specific resolution. Access is split honestly by data level.

  • Aggregate, open (CC BY 4.0)

The session-weighted operational index and its methodology, released with a k-anonymity floor (k at least 10) and a 90-day publication lag. Free to redistribute and cite.

  • Granular, by written agreement

Anything below the aggregate threshold is scoped case by case under a written data agreement, for a stated research purpose.

We do not promise, publish or sell raw per-user data.

ESG and sustainability

Operational signals, not an attestation

Goable's sustainability output is a set of declared operational signals about how activity runs, not a verdict on an operator.

  • Session-weighted signals

The non-combustion session share and the electric-equipment share, alongside seasonal evenness and facility renewable energy, computed from real reported outcome sessions. Protected-area proximity is a future signal, not yet captured or scored.

  • Framework mapping as supporting data

An optional export mapped to reporting frameworks is complementary supporting data for your own disclosure, not a statement of compliance.

Not an attestation, audit, certification or compliance product. Measured is not verified, and a signal is not assurance.

Insurance

Research and technical due diligence

For risk teams, this is a research and technical due-diligence collaboration on forecast skill, not an insurance capability.

  • Forecast-skill research

Open verification work (for example Brier and CRPS style scoring) that a technical team can evaluate against its own baselines.

  • Technical due diligence

We share methodology and let your team probe the weather-decision signal on its merits, at a research stage.

Goable cannot quote, bind, settle or price risk, and is not an MGA, an insurer or a compliant insurance product. It is a research-stage weather-decision signal.

04
Data access

What each data level allows

We share the aggregate freely, because the open index is the contribution we want cited. Below that threshold, access is scoped under a written agreement rather than sold as a product.

Open aggregate
CC BY 4.0

Session-weighted index and methodology, k-anonymised (k at least 10) with a 90-day publication lag. Redistributable, citable, free.

Granular
Written agreement

Anything below the aggregate threshold, scoped case by case to a stated purpose. Never raw per-user data as a product.

Production API
Public plan

Live scoring inside a product runs on the same public plan and usage model as any comparable customer. No preferential access.
