Goable's underwriting layer (L4) ships parametric quote + bind + evaluate primitives backed by the same forecast skill (L5.1 Brier / CRPS) we publish openly. Every quote carries its confidence interval; every binding carries its evaluation rule.

CMIP6 / CORDEX-bias-corrected projection envelopes for adaptation reports. Decadal scale, per-spot, with per-variable uncertainty propagation.

What you can use at each level
We share aggressively at the open tier (the dataset is the scientific contribution we want cited). DPA + commercial tiers unlock raw cells + embedded primitives — the parts that are commercially distinctive.
